The Bug Reports forum is for technical problems affecting Aurora community services such as the website, Gallery, forums, and other public Aurora systems.

Before Posting

If possible, check whether someone has already reported the same problem.

If there is an existing topic for your issue, adding your information there may help us understand how widespread the problem is.

Please Include

The more information we have, the easier the problem is to investigate.

Whenever possible, include:

What system or site is affected
The page or feature involved
What you were trying to do
What happened
What you expected to happen
Whether the problem happens every time
Any error message you received
Browser or device information when relevant
Screenshots, if useful
Product Bugs

If the bug involves a specific Aurora Systems product, please report it in that product’s support forum instead.

This section is primarily for bugs affecting Aurora’s websites, forums, Gallery, and related community services.

Please Don’t Post Sensitive Information

Do not include passwords, private account details, payment information, or other sensitive information in a public bug report.

We may ask follow-up questions if we need more information.

And yes, sometimes computers simply wake up and choose violence.

When they do, tell us what happened.
